Each of our products sold through EscaladeSports.com offers a different warranty period that covers manufacturer defects and workmanship with activation through the warranty registration program below. Please reference the digital product manual on each product page or the physical product manual included in your package.

• Defective products will be replaced by the manufacturer for the duration of the warranty period – please call 1-800-467-1421
• Replacement parts ARE accessible and sent to customers free of charge during the manufacturer warranty period – please call 1-800-467-1421
• Spare parts ARE located in USA for onward shipment to end-user
• Exclusions are possible if damage is outside of warranty parameters
• Replacement parts can still be provided to customers outside of the manufacturer warranty period – cost of the part and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer
